Job Description: Outreach Nurse
Location: Gqeberha, South Africa

Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance
Assist the Quality Manager with standards and metrics templates, ensuring consistency and alignment.
Facilitate training sessions on QMP, update training materials and ensure alignment with policies and procedures.
Collaborate with Department Heads to gather input for customer satisfaction and to gather feedback to identify challenges and propose corrective actions, As well as ensuring operational realities are reflected.
Monitor the implementation phase of improvement plans, providing data-driven feedback to the Manager with benchmarks.
Work with the IT Department to finalize secure feedback collection tools and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
2. Quality Control
Plan and coordinate inspections: Collaborate with the Quality Manager and Administrator to develop strategies, define checkpoints, and prepare resources for inspection readiness.
Develop and maintain inspection checklists: Oversee checklist standardization, ensure alignment with standards, and incorporate team feedback.
Train and guide staff by conducting training sessions on inspection methods and compliance expectations, ensuring readiness and consistent application of standards.
Conduct and document inspections by recording findings accurately, providing actionable feedback, and maintaining clarity in documentation.
Ensure follow-up and continuous improvement by coordinating with departments to address identified issues and suggest enhancements to processes based on inspection results.
Compile and communicate regulatory impact reports by summarizing findings and sharing actionable insights with leadership and relevant stakeholders
3. Compliance and Risk Management
Create and update audit checklists: Develop audit tools in collaboration with the Quality Manager and based on the latest regulatory requirements. Ensure checklists capture operational and compliance-critical elements.
Train and prepare audit teams: Conduct team training sessions on audit methodologies and compliance expectations. Ensure audit readiness through regular feedback and refresher courses.
Conduct data protection impact assessments: Work with IT and Department Heads to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures.

Collaborate with departments to propose and monitor improvement initiatives: Gather operational feedback to refine compliance strategies and report progress to the Quality Manager. Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to implement compliance and risk measures.

Compile and communicate regulatory impact reports: Summarize findings and share actionable insights with leadership and relevant departments.
4. Document Control
Develop and update templates, processes, and checklists for record-keeping and document control, ensuring usability and alignment with standards.
Create record-keeping protocols and ensure they are followed by all departments for consistent and compliant documentation practices.
Review and process document change requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
Conduct periodic audits of document control practices to identify gaps, areas for improvement, and ensure compliance readiness.
Gather feedback from managers and team leads on document control challenges and opportunities for system enhancement.
Requirements
Qualification or related qualification in Quality Assurance.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver on targets
Proficiency in MS Office
3 – 5 Years experience in quality related role.
