Ubuntu is looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to provide administrative and PA support to the UK Director to assist her in maintaining existing major supporters, securing new donors, and increasing Ubuntu’s fundraising revenue and profile within the UK. They will join our 5-person London office and 15-person global External Relations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to make a positive contribution to Ubuntu’s work in South Africa and the field of international development, be directly involved with Ubuntu’s fundraising gala and other events, and expand upon their own experience in fundraising and administration.

Ubuntu is looking for an Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator is an essential role player that will be working to strengthen and coordinate administration and facilities management activities within the team. This position requires having strong planning and supervisory skills to guide staff members in maintaining the facility in terms of cleaning, asset management and maintenance, health and safety, administration, document control, quality management, and customer focus.
The Operations Coordinator coordinates all the above activities and services for direct reportees and ensures that the outcomes are in line with the strategy for facilities management and administration.

They work to develop programs, methods, and tools to assist clients in qualifying for, obtaining and remaining in a job. This person will work closely with recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing, and the employment process. They should have experience screening and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate is a team leader who is able to make decisions quickly.

The Case Management Coordinator is an essential member of an interdisciplinary team, working to strengthen and sensitize the clinical and case management teams to the social and emotional aspects of a client’s life. The Case Management Coordinator is required to have strong case management skills to guide staff members in assisting clients and their families to address and resolve issues related to poverty, illness, education, mental health, and substance use. The Case Management Coordinator coordinates all psycho-social and mental health programs and services to clients and their families in conjunction with clinic staff and other units as appropriate.
