Operations Officer – 12 Month Fixed Term ContractPort Elizabeth
The incumbent will have responsibility for the management of services and processes that support the physical structure of the Ubuntu Pathways Campus. This is a wide-ranging position with a diverse range of responsibilities including procurement and contract management, building and grounds maintenance, cleaning, health and safety, security, signage, and utilities and communications infrastructure. The Operations Officer will be involved in both planning and day-to-day operations in relation to buildings and premises. The position reports to the Operations Manager.

Case Management Team Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term ContractPort Elizabeth
The Case Management Team Coordinator is an essential member of an interdisciplinary team, working to strengthen and sensitize the clinical and case management teams to the social and emotional aspects of a client’s life. The Case Management Team Coordinator is required to have strong case management skills to guide staff members in assisting clients and their families to address and resolve issues related to poverty, illness, education, mental health, and substance use.
The Case Management Team Coordinator coordinates all psycho-social and mental health programs and services to clients and their families in conjunction with clinic staff and other units as appropriate.

The Role of the Special Events and Outreach Manager is to lead the implementation and delivery of high-end events (mainly but not exclusively special events) which showcase Ubuntu’s work to high net-worth individuals, foundations and corporations, in order to raise essential event revenue, secure new support, maintain existing major donor relationships and raise awareness of Ubuntu in the UK.
Head of School – 12 Month Fixed Term ContractPort Elizabeth
Ubuntu Pathways is seeking a Head of School to help us launch a progressive primary school for 220 children ages 2-8 (pre-primary through grade 4) in Zwide Township, Port Elizabeth, South Africa. This position reports directly to Ubuntu’s Education Capacity Coach and works in collaboration with Ubuntu’s Executive Team. Ubuntu is looking for an open, flexible leader who aims to create a safe and supportive school environment. (S)He should promote investigation, curiosity, and play as central facets of the school’s vision and mission.
Coding Capacity CoachPort Elizabeth
The Coding Capacity Coach will design and coach staff to teach a curriculum to preK-3 students as well as within our Job Skills Training Program for youth ages 18-25. The coding teacher will work with students during weekly classes on logic, problem solving and programming concepts and will work on real-world projects.
